Wedding Date:  September 10, 2016
pence and panache featured brideHow you met your fiancé? We met through our mutual best friend Taylor Southerland

How did he propose?  Halloween is his FAVORITE holiday. When we were taking our daughter Alaina (1 yr old) trick or treating he got down on one knee in the middle of the sidewalk and asked me to marry him. We were all dressed up for Halloween. He was a penguin, I was a candy corn and our daughter was a flower. It was not a TRICK and of course I SAID “YES”!

pence and panache featured brideFavorite Feature about your dress: The whole thing but if I must pick one it would be the tulle at the bottom of the dress.

pence and panache featured brideHow did you know your dress was “the one”?  Funny thing is the first dress I tried on was the one I ended up buying. I tried it on and I looked in the mirror and knew it was “THE ONE”. Even though my heart was set on the dress I still tried on about 11 more and I also knew because I didn’t feel the same way about any of the other dresses.

Describe your experience at Pence and Panache.  I tried on about 12 different dresses. I figured that Asia, the consultant, would have gotten irritated because I picked out so many dresses but she wasn’t. She made my experience GREAT! I also loved how Asia talked me into trying on dresses out of my comfort zone “style”.
